Scientific Library
Sweeteners are among the most thoroughly tested ingredients in the foods and drinks that we consume. Over the years, an extensive body of science has been established that supports the use of low calorie sweeteners in food and drinks. This library contains just some of the scientific studies available on sweeteners.
